What's New

Washington Memorial Park is an endowment care cemetery with numerous grave, mausoleum and niche sites that are available.

Several new features have been added within the last couple of years, including our new in-door Chapel of Memories Mausoleum, which features beautiful book-match marble and stained glass, our Garden of Gethsemane Monument Section, which allows families to select upright memorial monuments, and our Lake Urn Boulder Garden, which allows families a unique way to memorialize their loved ones’ cremated human remains by placing them in a private boulder near the cemetery’s water feature.

In addition to these new features, Washington Memorial has recently completed a master plan for all un-developed areas of the cemetery, and new elements included in this master plan will be phased in over the next several years. The master plan features many different placement options, including new mausoleums for casketed and cremated human remains, burial and urn gardens, and private family estates. Due to the amount of space that Washington Memorial has available, these development projects will continue for decades to come.
